NOS. Bakehouse & Cafe in Dutton Park QLD 4102 is growing, and we're looking for new team members! ☕🍞 If you love great coffee, beautiful food, and creating memorable experiences for customers, we'd love to hear from you. ☕ Barista We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of Australian barista experience.
• Is passionate about coffee and hospitality.
• Can confidently dial in espresso, texture milk, and maintain consistency during busy service.
• Enjoys engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Is reliable, hardworking, and works well under pressure.
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our team.
• Is available for early morning and weekend shifts. 🌿 Front of House (FOH) We're looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome.
• Is a confident and friendly host who can create a great customer experience.
• Can confidently lead the floor and support the team during busy service.
• Is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Is reliable, hardworking, and a team player. *Coffee knowledge or basic barista experience will be highly regarded, as there may be opportunities to support the coffee team when needed.
