• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia
• Confident in working both independently and as part of a team
• Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about coffee and consistency
• Willing to assist with customer service and front-of-house duties when required
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work 😊 FRONT OF HOUSE We’re looking for someone who:
• Delivers outstanding customer service
• Has a warm smile and a positive, friendly personality
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
