Are you a passionate baker who wants to make a real difference? Roceels is a not-for-profit charity looking for an experienced baker who is excited to share their skills while helping people grow. This role is about more than baking – it's about mentoring, encouraging, and supporting people with disabilities to build confidence and workplace skills in a safe, inclusive environment. About You:
• Qualified or experienced baker.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring others.
• Patient, supportive, and encouraging.
• Creative and able to think outside the box when developing learning opportunities.
• Committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and non-judgemental workplace.
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team where everyone is treated like family. Essential Requirements:
• Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
• Current National Police Check.
• Willing to obtain a Blue Card.
