We require an Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team with Red Rock Venues at our Southbank venue, Ludlow.

Requirements include, but are not limited to: Valid RSA. Managing shifts as required. Supervising Staff. Opening and Closing Venue as required. Cash handling as required. Customer service. Managing functions as required.

• At least 2-3 years management experience in a similar bar and restaurant environment.
• Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, nights & weekends.
• Experience in cash handling and end of shift procedures is essential.
• Effective at motivating staff to maintain a high standard of service in a positive manner.
• Must be hands on and self-motivated to lead by example.

Main tasks include: Planning, supervising bar, restaurant, and functions. Observing liquor, and other laws and regulations. Customer satisfaction. Accounting and purchasing duties. Ensuring all compliance with OHS regulations. Supervising security.

This is an exciting opportunity in the heart of the city at an established, high-volume venues.

The successful candidate will take a very hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations in both the bar and restaurant.

Delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining a high standard of venue cleanliness when on shift. (Salary range 75,000 to 85,000 plus super)
