An exciting opportunity is available for experienced relationship focused professionals to join a large Federal Government team supporting the delivery of community programs and services across Australia. Working closely with funded organisations, you will play a key role in ensuring grant funded programs achieve positive outcomes for communities.

Your new role

As a Funding Arrangement Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funded organisations and key stakeholders
  • Monitor contract and program performance against agreed objectives
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks and compliance issues
  • Gather and analyse information to support program improvement and policy outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to organisations delivering essential community services

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving capability
  • Experience managing contracts, grants, programs, compliance or service delivery outcomes
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
