The Logistics

Contract until end of 31st December 2026 View for contract extension or permanency. Hourly rate of $37.36 + super. Australian Citizenship is required.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

Managing and prioritising a range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met
Providing high-quality support to team members and responding to enquiries through effective collaboration and communication Coordinating activities and processes to support smooth day-to-day operations within the team or service environment Preparing accurate documentation, correspondence, and records while maintaining strong attention to detail Identifying issues and contributing to problem-solving through research, analysis, and adaptable approaches to changing priorities

What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate within a team Proven organisational and coordination skills to support smooth operational processes High level of attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work and maintain quality standards Sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, analyse information, and adapt to changing priorities
