About the Role
We are seeking a high performing Principal Project Officer to lead a key regulatory data and annual statistical reporting project.
In this hands on, deliverable focused role, you will lead business readiness activities to support agencies in transitioning to annual statistical reporting frameworks under Right to Information (RTI) and Information Privacy (IP) legislation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal business units and external government agencies through dedicated reference groups.
Policy & Guidance: Establish clear policy parameters and guidance around statistical data points to ensure consistency across reporting entities.
Risk & Artifact Management: Maintain project registers, develop high quality project artifacts, and manage actions, dependencies, and risks.
Briefings & Reporting: Prepare high level briefings, progress updates, and project timeframes for executive stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

RTI/IP Knowledge: Practical experience interpreting Right to Information (RTI) and Information Privacy (IP) legislation, ideally within an agency statistical reporting context.
