As part of a broader digital transformation strategy, a newly created opportunity has become available for a Technology & AI Trainer to support the successful adoption and ongoing use of innovative technology solutions across the business.

Your new role

Working closely with operational and technology leaders, you will play a key role in helping employees confidently embrace new technology and AI-enabled ways of working.
You will:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.

• Facilitate workshops, lunch-and-learns and onboarding programs.

• Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered tools.

• Develop training guides, learning resources and user documentation.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and technology support.

• Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Champion best practice technology adoption across the organisation.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

You may currently be working as a:

• Technology Trainer

• Systems Trainer

• Digital Adoption Specialist

• Learning & Development Advisor

• AI Enablement Consultant

• Change Analyst or Change Manager

• Technology Adoption Lead
  
  You'll bring:

• Experience delivering technology training programs.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience supporting technology or system adoption initiatives.

• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

• Exposure to AI, digital transformation or workplace technology solutions.
