PANDA MATE MEDIA is looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing & Audience Growth to help distribute our content, grow our digital presence, and expand our audience across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content distribution, audience growth, platform management, and data-driven decision making. We are looking for someone who understands more importantly how to get content seen by the right audience.

Responsibilities -Develop and execute social media growth strategies. -Manage and operate social media accounts across multiple platforms. -Distribute content to maximise reach, engagement, and audience growth. -Analyse platform data and audience behaviour to improve performance. -Monitor content performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.

• Identify trends, opportunities, and platform algorithms that can increase visibility.
• Plan and optimise content publishing schedules.
• Build and engage online communities around our performers, programs, and events.
• Work closely with content creators, performers, and production teams to maximise content impact.

• Experience promoting entertainment, media, events, creators, or online communities.
• Knowledge of paid and organic growth strategies.
• Experience with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
