Your new role

They’re looking for a Senior Contract Administrator / Contract Administrator to step into a key role within the team.

You’ll be working across a mix of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, along with an upcoming education project, managing everything from procurement through to final accounts.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with PMs and site teams, helping drive programme, manage cost, and keep projects on track commercially. There’s real scope here - whether you’re already operating at a senior level or looking to step up.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a CA or Senior CA within fit-out and refurbishment
• Exposure to projects in the $2M–$10M range
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Able to manage subcontractor packages end-to-end
• Confident communicator — working with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Open to both experienced Senior Contract Administrators and strong Contract Administratorsready to take the next step
