Sales & Technical Support Specialist Experienced automotive industry professional with a strong blend of sales, account management, technical service, and customer support expertise. Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions across the collision repair industry. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth through new business development and customer acquisition. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share within assigned territories. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand customer accounts. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders. Promote and sell workshop equipment, technology, and repair solutions. Consult with customers to understand operational needs and recommend tailored solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and workshop fit-out recommendations. Install, service, and repair equipment, including welding and measuring systems. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training. Deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and long-term account growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, service work, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Qualified Panel Beater with 3+ years of industry experience. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management. Proven ability to grow customer accounts, generate new business, and achieve sales targets. Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role. Willingness to travel throughout Perth as required.
