Recruitment Support Officer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Officer to provide immediate support for a 4–6 week contract. This role will play a key part in managing high-volume onboarding and supporting day-to-day recruitment administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating onboarding processes
  • Setting up employee profiles within HR systems
  • Managing and tracking employment documentation
  • Supporting general recruitment administration tasks
  • Assisting with mobilisation activities in a fast-paced environment
To be successful in your application, you will possess recent recruitment support experience from within a labour hire or high volume construction or mining environment. You must be immediately available to commence and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment. You will be adaptable to change, systems competent and possess the ability to manage multiple consecutive tasks.
