Your new role We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Hays team based in our Sydney office. The Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate is responsible for supporting the Head of Property in the delivery of a high quality, compliant and member focused property portfolio across A grade CBD offices, branch locations and surplus property assets nationally. Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery - Plan, manage and deliver end to end property projects
Member & Employee Experience - Ensure branch and office projects support positive member experiences, operational efficiency and brand standards
Contractor & Consultant Governance - Manage external consultants, builders and contractors in line with procurement, WHS and financial governance requirements.
Property Divestment Support - Support the Head of Property in property divestment activities, including refurbishment, compliance works and make good obligations.
Financial & Commercial Management - Prepare project budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales and Marketing, Operations, Customer, Technology, Procurement, Risk and Finance.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering corporate real estate projects within complex, regulated environments (e.g. financial services, government or large corporates).
Demonstrated experience managing office and retail/branch refurbishments, upgrades or relocations.
Strong understanding of design and project management methodologies, cost control and contractor governance.
Experience working with A grade CBD office environments and multi site portfolios.
Sound knowledge of WHS, building compliance and Australian building standards.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
