Project Manager role delivering diverse new-build commercial projects with growth. Your New Company Hays has partnered with a reputable and growing commercial builder (over 40yrs) delivering a diverse range of new-build projects across retail, education, and healthcare sectors. With a strong pipeline and a reputation for quality delivery, this business offers a stable and collaborative environment for experienced professionals. Your new role As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion. You will oversee programme, budget, procurement, and stakeholder management while leading site and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (Builder Side, not Client) Exposure to new-build projects across sectors such as retail, education, or healthcare Strong financial and programme management capability Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
