Join our team as a FIFO Plumber in Northwest QLD! Your new company Your new company is based in the Mount Isa, Cloncurry region and is a fully functioning underground mining and processing operation. Your New Role We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber with water treatment experience to join the team on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Townsville. Your responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair site plumbing systems including potable water, sewer, and drainage Operate and monitor water treatment systems (filtration, dosing, and disinfection) Conduct water sampling and testing to ensure compliance with site and environmental standards Maintain pumps, pipelines, valves, tanks, and associated infrastructure Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs across camp facilities and site infrastructure Carry out preventative maintenance and fault finding to minimise downtime Respond to breakdowns and emergency plumbing issues Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with maintenance teams and site stakeholders

What You'll Need to Succeed

QLD Plumbing Trade Certificate (essential) Current manual driver's licence Experience with water treatment systems (essential) Expereince on a mine site preffered
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, installations, and safety standards Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Ability to work both independently and within a facilities management environment
