About the Role We are seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a full-time basis, providing respectful and compassionate support to residents in aged care facilities. Successful applicants can commence immediately and will be involved in tasks including:

• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Assisting with hygiene, mobility, and general wellbeing
• Observing and reporting any changes to senior clinical staff
• Maintaining resident privacy, dignity and respect at all times
• Working collaboratively within a professional care team

To Be Considered, You Will Need:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Personal Care) – required
• Current Australian Federal Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Genuine empathy, professionalism and commitment to person-centred care
