Your new role We are seeking a Learning Delivery Partner APAC to join our Hays team reporting to our Head of Learning APAC/Global Head of Learning. This is a full time permanent role based in any of our Hays offices based in Australia or New Zealand with an immediate start. This is a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Hays colleagues. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the local markets in the region to deliver high-quality learning experiences that align with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of digital / virtual learning experiences across regional markets, ensuring effective knowledge transfer & skills development, as well developing behaviours in line with Hays Valued Behaviours and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key responsibilities

Partner with leaders to align learning with commercial and capability priorities
Deliver and adapt global learning programs to meet local market and regulatory needs
Support development of regionally relevant learning initiatives with global collaboration
Facilitate engaging, tailored learning experiences across formats and audiences
Coordinate end to end delivery with strong planning, communication and logistics
Measure impact, leverage technology, and promote a culture of continuous learning

What you'll need to succeed

Proven recruitment expertise at Senior Recruitment Consultant level
Proven experience in training & learning delivery, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong understanding and operational knowledge of the core functions within in the local markets
Strong facilitation, collaboration and team working skills.
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
