Steel manufacturer seeking a Truck Driver to join their team in Queanbeyan Your new company Your new company is a well-established, Australian-owned steel manufacturer with over 100 years in the industry. With multiple sites nationwide, they're known for delivering quality products on time. The Queanbeyan team is tight-knit, hardworking, and values safety, reliability and getting the job done right. Due to ongoing demand, they're looking for a dependable Truck Driver to jump on board. Your new role You'll be out on the road and hands-on, keeping things moving between the yard and customer sites. Your day-to-day will include:

Driving the truck to various local sites to complete deliveries Operating a Hiab (crane truck) to load and unload steel safely on site Strapping, securing loads and ensuring safe transport Basic truck upkeep and pre-start checks Dealing directly with customers on site Working in the factory when required (picking, prepping orders, general labouring)

This is a varied role - perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on work. What you'll need to succeed To hit the ground running, you'll need:

HC truck licence with recent driving experience Hiab (CV) ticket and experience - or willingness to get qualified White Card, Asbestos Awareness & Silica Awareness Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Confidence dealing with customers on site
