We are currently looking for: 1 Supervisor 2 Waitstaff 1 Bartender Supervisor The ideal candidate will: Deliver exceptional service and outstanding customer experiences. Have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, with both service and operational excellence being essential. Be confident handling guest allergies and resolving complaints professionally. Be capable of making management decisions and supporting the team during service. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure. Hours and pay rate will be based on experience, skills, and performance. Waitstaff The ideal candidate will: Be confident managing a section of 7–8 tables independently. Have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service. Be quick, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Hours and pay rate will be based on experience, skills, and performance. Bartender The ideal candidate will: Have a solid knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service. Be passionate about hospitality and guest experience. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Maintain high standards of organisation and presentation behind the bar. Hours and pay rate will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
