Carpenter & Skilled Labourer | Balustrade & Glass Screens | Toowoomba QLD Your new company HAYS has partnered with a specialist subcontractor, seeking an experienced Carpenter for a contract assignment on a multi-residential development in Toowoomba. This role will see you play a key part in the installation of glass and aluminium balustrade systems, working alongside an established delivery team on a live construction project. Your new role You will be responsible for the accurate installation of prefabricated glass and aluminium balustrade packages across balconies and common areas. Working to programme, you'll ensure all installations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards, while maintaining strong site coordination with other trades. What you'll need to succeed

Trade-qualified Carpenter
Proven experience working on multi-residential or commercial builds
Previous experience installing balustrades, glazing systems, or similar architectural packages is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and ability to work from plans and specifications
White Card
Own tools and reliable transport
