Job description

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Operators to join a busy call centre team based in Western Sydney for an ASAP start. This is a 6-month project-based role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment. In this role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to selected customers advising them of a faulty product needing to be returned for service or refund, engaging with customers, capturing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. This role is suited to individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy working with systems and data. You will:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to customers daily Clearly communicate information and respond to customer enquiries Accurately enter and update data into internal systems Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines Meet daily call and productivity targets Provide a professional and positive customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner Strong data entry and typing accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment Good listening skills and attention to detail Reliability and commitment to a 6-month assignment Previous call centre or customer service experience is highly regarded
