APS4 Administration Officer

Multiple APS4 Administration Officers needed for a 6-month assignment based in Melbourne CBD.
Your new company Join a large Federal Government organisation delivering essential support services within a clinical operation's environment. Based in Melbourne CBD, this team plays a key role in supporting community wellbeing through high-quality service delivery. Your new role We are seeking candidates with strong IT and interpersonal skills who thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. Experience supporting clinical administration within mental health services will be highly regarded. This role will support both BAU functions (including call handling, appointment management, and online enquiries) alongside the implementation of a new Case Management System. What you'll need to succeed

Experience with Salesforce (highly regarded) IT administration or IT helpdesk background

Strong communication and organisational skills

Key responsibilities include:

Managing client and stakeholder enquiries (administrative and system-related)

Performing high-volume administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Handling frontline telephony and appointment coordination

Supporting service delivery teams across multiple functions

Working across multiple systems to meet KPIs and performance targets

Assisting with system implementation and process improvements

Additional requirements:

Currently, hold or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration

Currently, hold or be able to obtain a Working with Children Check

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
